Wheres my pcm?

I ordered my PCM on thursday last week. I have never ordered one so i dont know how long they usally take?? I havent heard anything from overkill performance. No tracking number or not even an email. How long do they usually take??

when you say screwed over by 3800performance what exactly do u mean?....i just ordered a thrasher shift kit from them lol.

3800 didnt have my part waited like a whole week to tell me and than when they finally got it i had to custom fabricate the parts they sent me. than when i sent my stock ones back in they never sent me my core charge. 120

He normally takes some time becuase, as it's been stated this is only a side job for him... he has a real job and a family.. plus he only ships twice a week... PLUS it can be delayed going across the border between US/Canada. I got one the last week of July, and not counting the week of vacation it's been about 3 weeks and I havnt heard a word yet. Emailed him a few hours ago.
