    Im lookin to get some Stern ST-1 wheels and i was wondering if I buy them for my GP will they fit on the GTO im lookin to buy?

    they will not fit both. the bolt patterns are different.

    nope gto's are 5x120 your car is 5x115 , offsets of the rims are the same tho +35 ^

    They need to standardize bolt patterns. It would make everything so much easier and there would be less "will these fit" threads...

    different cars have different needs for wheel bearings. tell me how they can just switch everything to one size and have it work out in the end.

    Now keep in mind I don't know what I'm talking about, but can't you have different bolt patterns with the same bearings?

    the bolt pattern is part of the wheel bearing. i dont know if you can swap bolt patterns on bearings, but i know you can just swap the whole setup if you are good enough with custom working parts.
