looks like im looking at a dead animal floating in oil in the first pic
its a lower unit off a boat and the guy lost that gear that is a gasket floating in gear lube and that gear is smooth as glass
ohh haha i know nothing about boats
basically it cost the guy 1100 for a whole new drive and about another 2k in labor and a new exhasust manifold in about that was worth about 2k mint hahah
i've hit bottom and ate the gears in the out drive, i was insured it cost me nothing, the bill was 2,600.00
its a out board, why dont people just run the fuel dry and then let it spit out all the water as it dies?
some people should not own boats lol
