Trans pressure test port fitting

    Anyone know what type of fitting is needed to thread in and seal with the trans pressure test port?

    It should be an 1/8 pipe thread fitting. The pressure tap plugs have about a quarter inch of extra material just past the threads that goes into the case but isnt a big deal. It is the same thread as the trans temps sendors for the aftermarket gauges.

    1/8" NPT? The this:

    Auto Meter

    should work without modification? Might need to shield it from the exhaust crossover. Your thoughts?

    (I'm looking for extra gauges to fill my pod, and since I can see trans temp already through my scan gauge, I thought trans pressure would be cool.)
