Got this app, and was wondering if anyone else uses it. Also got my bluetooth OBD2 adapter, and was wondering what settings I should add because some of them have to be added manually.

I have it. Add Knock Retard, your fuel trims long and short term, I keep an eye on my coolant temp and trans temp too.

have you already added the pids? You need to do that so KR will work.

I'm interested as well. Looking to purchase this next week. Is there a tutorial somewhere? Sorry to thread jack![]()

I have a kiwi bluetooth obd2 and the torque app it works fantastic. I went to settings cleared the current pids then I went and got the pontiac pids . From there you chosse your display such as KR or speed torque etc.
I just got the one they recommend, and it was like $25.

OK, I wanted to do this, but after reading and research. People said that the app is not accurate enough and blue tooth is slow even with the kiwi adapter. Sorry, not trying to threadjack.
98 Topaz Gold GTP -http://www.grandprixforums.net/just-gold-gtp-52701.html
Works great for me! Not spending a ton on HPT when I don't need it yet. My OBD2 Bluetooth adapter works perfectly. When I get on the gas it instantly reflects on the app. It reads all the sensors lol. Idk what version the people that did the reviews were using. But I'm using the latest app and v1.5 for the Bluetooth adapter. I know the earlier versions of the Bluetooth adapter had issues but not this version. It's the latest firmware for the adapter. So I give it an A+ :-D

I bought an ELM, it didn't work on my 03 GTP--wasted a bunch of time trying to figure it out. Then bought a Kiwi, works perfectly. And for me, its probably worth the extra $ to have the on/off switch.
Response time is good, I use it regularly with my HTC Hero.
I recommend it.
Only complaint, does NOT read ABS codes. (unless someone can hip me to an update I don't have)
Be careful with those ELM's. Alot are Chinese knock offs. It's best just to buy the Kiwi.
