I can't help you but did you try emailing ZZP? They've always had a good response time when I've contacted them.

if its like the intense tool.

Install the pulley and mark on the snout where the end of the pulley is
remove the pulley and install the machine tool
use a drill and machine the snout

this is the Intense machine shout tool

dont over tension the spring, slower cutting is better and leaves a finish you wouldnt mind see'n.

mark the pulley overhang on the snout. zzp stick in further than the intense. easier to cut to a line on a iece of masking tape than to continually test fitment and R&R tool

Just did this recently as well. There was some confusion - of course - by me when I asked how can you measure the pulley over hang on the snout if you have to remove your MPS hub? The thread said you had to remove the MPS hub in order to use the tool. Well that's fine if you had a hub on there - you could measure and then remove it.
Mine was already removed. So I didn't want to install it. Then remove it. Then reinstall it.

Well the the tool I received from Marshal was made to fit over the MPS hub. So it was a breeze to use. I installed the hub, I used my zzp 3.0 as its wider then the intense 2.8 I have as well. Made the cut. Looks great.

Bob, the tool you used is the same one in Pat's picture. Meaning...the actual one that he used... It's like that

Right. I'm clarifying the fact that people were saying you can't use it with the MPS installed. When in fact you can

I could have told ya that.

You take off the pulley.. slap that baby on and spin the heck out of it. stop..slightly tighten nut.. go again.. repeat until done or covered in metal shavings.

The vid that plays after your linked one shows it being done clockwise, by hand, with socket and extension. You should be able to tell which way it needs to go by feeling up inside it with your finger. One way will feel sharp, I imagine..

the bolt wouldn't tighten down on the hub and the round part of the tool, it took me a while to figure out what was wrong, but I figured it out now, I think. I gave up for the night, and will start again tomorrow after work. I did notice that if you do spin it slow it looks shiny.

I used 2 lock washers to get the tool to bite, one on each side of the round thing.
