but yeah seriously, MAP, Boost controller MAP, FPR should be on their own circuit, small dia hardlines for instant response to pressure changes and should be plumbed to the most common part of the plenum (usually farthest from TB)

large brake booster should be plumbed to plenum by itself, heavily reinforced hose/hardline ~ 1/2" dia, if your using 1/4" npt hardware to make something, pay attention to the ID sizes, not all fittings are open to the same dia as the id of the booster vac check valve

plumbed to the plenum near the map/fpr stuff should be the lines feeding your mechanical boost gauge 1/8" plastic line, emissions solenoids, HVAC (older cars) BOV and maybe a mech boost controller (regulator/restrictor), maybe even for boost controller solenoids (if running single/dual solenoids id run that by itself to prevent issues with the pressure fed to the underside of the WG (pressure fluctuations would be affecting both sides of your wg diaphragm)

tying in the map with everything can mean that mechanical actuator latency is going to average the pressure seen by critical EFI sensors, making transitional tuning/event very difficult to get right

    I feel your pain.

PRJ uses hard plastic hose with press fittings that look really nice, like these

Not really we moved out of the in-laws so we've been busy unpacking when im not working. The car is just sitting in the garage my tools are spread out between multiple states , hopefully soon I can tackle the rerouting of all the vacuum lines.

Well after a long battle it turns out the problem was simple. It didn't like the lq4 maf tune, when we changed over to the ls1 it now runs and idles.....well holy sh1t

Nope its only been running reliably for a week. Before this it was blowing apart lq4 maf's, or blowing the intake coupler off post maf, not idling, overheating the trans , oh the list goes on and on
