    Your jamb, threshold, seals and sweep, let alone hinges(which look painted) have to be damn near perfect to be doing that kind of cpr.

    I guess it will look pretty with that window, but so would a 6 panel with a peep hole.

    It's my front door, don't get much company, it can go unused for months. Our driveway leads to garage / walkout basement, so that's primary entry. Peepholes are for apartments in shady neighborhoods...lol.

    No peep hole save 3 dollars.
    Well i hope it lasts another 35 years Mr sentimental.
    You better use a grinder with metal blade to cut it, or cut off wheel
