    Yeah the Grand Prix is not factory fast. There's a ton of aftermarket mods to make it go fast. In his case stock race this car, no way. The newer cars are so much more efficient and more stock power
    2004 Comp G. parting out, transferring parts to 2007
    2007 Grand Prix GT. Under construction Pacesetter headers, 1.8 roller rockers, Wizair CAI, HPTuned, 3.4pulley, TEP transmission, fuel pump and alt rewire, poly mounts/performance suspension, Impala front brakes drilled and slotted rotors.

    At tune won't help it really go any faster. It'll shift different, but as far as making a difference in the 1/4 mile, not much.

    If you want to go fast with these cars, you need to increase boost. Everything else makes almost no difference.

    yes you can remove the rear o2 sensor but it will not make a difference either way. The code will have to be tuned out.

    Have a custom pulley machined that has an outside diameter of 3.8" but a recess for the belt to ride in that is actually 3.4.

    Any 01+; just leave the rear o2 in there and have it tuned out. Makes your life a lot easier.
    Hi GPF; We were hacked by a member and his friend over a petty grudge filled with maximum hysteria. Devil's Own won't fix the admin/mod section. So, here goes round 2.
