    Default BULL S%## Dealer AGAIN

    So,
As i posted a month ago, i managed to get out of the disaster of a vehicle Taurus SHO.

I got a volvo from the dealer as they gave me 2k over KBB.

    Well,
They ended up taking on maintenance plans and a warranty to the car. When i said i didnt want them i was told "My friend is the VP at your Credit union, i texted him and he went in and lowered the interest and overode to give you this term. he didn't want to until i told him you were getting these plans" I figured it was BS, but it wasnt too far off from my old payment and i was so fed up with the ford .... i just wanted to be done.

I was told my maintenance plan covered all the factory scheduled maintenance, and things like breaks, belts and spark plugs. WELL, after fighting them for a month to get it enabled, i go to my local ford dealer to schedule service and i get told it ONLY covers oil changes and tire rotations. The $2863 plan .... only covers oil changes. Not only that they screwed up the interval the contract i have says 7.5k they entered for 10. So 4 "Works packages" aka $40 +20 for 2 more quarts. I payed $2900 to cover $250 worth of stuff. WHAT THE #######.
Thankfully a finance manager at the local dealer showed me their cost on the Basic plan which is what i have but only usable at the dealer where you buy it. Their cost $255 . So aparently the value of being able to go to multiple ford dealers is worth $250. Who knew?

On top of this i explained why i bought the plan and she goes "thats illegal, they cant make loan approval depend on plans, they are completely seperate"

Not only is this plan a scam, i was illegally pushed into it.

Its time to laywer the F up. I am so sick of this disreputable dealership bending me over the hood of my car and thrusting till im bloody.

Contact the company the plan is through and cancel it. You or your loan company will receive a check in the amount of the packages value.

You shouldn't have to. It's usually a third party that sells these coverages. Check your paperwork to be sure.

Damn, that is some shady sh*t right there. Take them to court and get your monies back.

This kind of crap is why I told the Ford dealer that I bought my Vic at that I wanted NO warranties beyond the standard used car coverage. They offered all kinds of junk from powertrain/drivetrain to the leather interior and I just shut em down. I told them once I bought the car they'd never see it again anyway since I do all my own maint. work. So what I got was a 2 year/30K warranty that covered any manufacturers defects and nothing more. I didn't trade anything in and financed it through my credit union and still came out ahead.

Why would you agree to something that you haven't read threw....if you signed it you should have read it then. If you haven't signed it then you may have a loop hole to get out of it.

I can cancel it, all of the plans I bought have that option, and im canceling them both.
I have class tonight, but tomorrow night, im going to the dealership and speaking to the GM im demanding that the contracts be canceled and im gonna ask him why I shouldn't take the dealer to court. Regardless of the contract, I was illegally pressured into buying them.

Crash both vehicles into the front of the dealership windows.

Or pull a hank hill and "Put flyers on all the car windows" before they open about how they are scammers. *In case you missed it, the dealership blew up.*

Honestly dude, you keep going down this rabbit hole, there has been many opportunities to get out of it.

    Things I do with dealers.
-I thoroughly go over the car
-I give them a price and say out the door price (usually its ****ing low balling, and it worked on the truck. $20k list said $17k out the door)
    -I get copies of everything
-I do my OWN financing through a credit union
-I don't let them talk me into other things

They baited you so many times and you kept going.

Just so you know, here is a website you can go to for FORD warranties and know what a good price is.

Here is what I would do, fight it until your exhausted...

or take both ****ing vehicles to a Honda/Toyota/KIA/Hyundai/what ever and just get a brand new car with 0% Be done with it. And don't say your credit is crap, it doesn't matter right now and don't let a dealer tell you any different, they are writing subprime loans left and right at 0% (they still make money honestly, the interest is just factored in a different way). The next crash is coming and it will be the auto loan industry. In the meantime take advantage of it. Get on www.creditkarma.com get your scores and play hard ball. I've seen people with 575s get 0%. Used cars are a different ball game, they get a little tricky, so New is easier to finance.

One other thing, if you haven't already, start a journal. Start going back in your mind on dates, people, what was said, documents, evidence. Get it all together now before you forget a thing. The more you have documented, the more organized you show yourself, might just make that dealership take a step back.

It is how I've won a lot of battles against RockAuto, Lumber Liquidators, Lowe's, Advance Auto Parts and a few others.

Yeah ive ****ed up, but to be honest I like my Volvo. I have every legal right to cancel the warranty, and maintenance contract and that's what im doing. Not sure how I got foisted, im usually really good with buying cars. When I bough my Passat I had a binder full of papers, other dealers offers, NADA KBB and blackbook for my trade in, and a pre-approved loan.
The second time, I just really wanted out of the ford.

Once the contracts are severed so are all my ties with the dealership.
