Tefba coolant filters GROUP BUY !!

i might be buying another 1 if i can scrap together the cash for it . i just have to wait until we pay all our bills and i will find out if i have enough .

my tefba coolant filter came in . it looks good . i cant wait to put it in .

anyone else want 1 ???? we need at least 10 members . we have 4 commited as of now so we need 6 more .

Was the pricing confirmed on this? I recall it being no shipping or something like that?

Did I miss where to get these, other than ebay? It doesn't appear that many are really that interested. If the group buy falls through I may want to get one later down the road.

it is a great product if you think about all the wear and tear your cooling system goes through and if all that gunk builds up anywhere it can cause harm to your car , so i think it is better to pay $63 +/- $1 to save you from a expensive fix or just having your car down and not drivable .

I used to have numbers on how much wear a cooling system deals with based on coolants, conditions and debris. I dont know if I saved them though. It would have been a convincing point to get one of these.

bayareagtp, didnt you get one of these already? If so, have you installed it? If so, can you check it if its been in there a while and see what the screen looks like and how much it has trapped?

kinda interested, what size hose do we have?

i believe it is a 1.5" hose . i will check tonight when i go home .

I dont there was enough interest to get it going. I think we needed 10 people and we didnt get there. If there is interest in this, then everyone post up after this and I will keep a running list and will check into it. Though, with as weak as the dollar is right now, it may not be the best time to buy with the currency conversion. But I will look into what I can do if there are enough people.

yea this group buy was hot for a day or so then it went down in flames . just like syn said this probably isnt the best time to buy anything from over seas because the us $dollar$ is dying itself .
