Start unbolting things that are in your way. Get the maf/tb out of the way. take your fuel rail off, then unbolt the s/c.

Did you get a ported lim to match?

All you do is take out the 4 bolts and lift up gently. Don't forget to buy new o-rings for when you reinstall them.

As long as you don't take the injectors out of the clips at the top, you won't have to worry about it. They hold fuel in until the pcm tells them to spray.

Also make sure you take the battery terminals off just in case.

Haynes, Chiltons, GM Service Manual... or if you feel like it and since you have the net.... GPONA has a online service manual to satisfy most of your needs, at least the ones that Google cant.

I don't mean to sound like a dick, really. But if you cant figure out the few bolts and the retaining clips for the fuel rail, how can you feel comfortable installing an intercooler? This is the point where my teachers would have told me, find the answer yourself. Research is the biggest key, because if we just tell you what to do, are you REALLY learning?

What if our server crashes, or if you get someone that says just pull on it and itll come off... you might need to get a pry bar as it can be hard to remove the first time... you need to back it up with solid evidence before you jack up your fuel rail.

Again, not meaning to sound like a dick... but yes you need manuals. Always need good reading material. And Spade is right on spot, very easy to remove. Most of the engine is easy to remove, its putting it back together that really gets ya

I used the service manual on GPONA a lot when I did my topswap. Lots of good info, but its the small things putting it back together that get ya. Like making sure you RTV the supercharger gasket. The service manual says not to put anything on it, but 9 times out of 10 it'll leak that way.
