Yeah, it was a more purple based IMO, like the NBM cars until 02~.

Then there was the BBM/BSM '03 blue.

that light is just with the flash.. Its def, more blue with Purple when the light hits it.

Flash on a camera skews lots of colors.

I was gonna say the Pre-03 blue on the GP's that wasn't Gulf Blue or Medium Gulf blue or whatever it is...was NBM (Navy Blue Metallic). It had a little purple in it when the sun hit it just right, or a camera flashed on it.

The '03's had Blue-Black Metallic or Shapphire Black Metallic...same color, different names...according to my paint guy.

They also came in Silver and Black with optional Bonneville GXP style rims and a Daytona/40th Anniversary style hood.

Always hated those wheels.

Always hated cleaning them even more.

Should have gotten GXP or Comp G wheels...and black grilles...that color matched stuff killed it.

Dark Graphite Blue I think it was in 01-02 as well.

Gxp style wheels and hood scoops were on the gtp special edition

I love that color blue. But holy **** those special edition rims look even worse on an 04.
