Stalling only at slow speed

So I have a stalling issue i need help with. First things first... No codes. Car runs super smooth. the car attempts to stall when i either apply the brakes to a complete stop or let off the brakes from a stand still. This happens in drive and reverse. happens randomly and is not consistent. the car will surge once and will either recover and idle smoothly or stall.

my first thought is the fuel pump but after looking into it, could it be a trouble with the vaccum in the brakes?

The vacuum going to the booster should have a rectifier (one way valve). Sounds like your's is not working.

Edited: I guess better term is a check valve.
