squeaking nose from steering

my cars been making a squeaking noise lately when i turn the steering wheel either way. its pissing me off, any ideas on what the problem is?

check your power steering pump for fluid

ok i will. ive had low fluid before when my power steering line cracked but its not that type of sound really. still ill check that. it sounds like squeaking, almost like rubber squeaking on soomething if that makes any sense, nothing loud, but its a new noise im hearing...

I had the same problem a while back and my P/S fluid was full. It looked like sh*t though so I drained and flushed the system and refilled with new fluid which fixed it. I would try that first if your fluid level is okay.
