Most people run AL104s without any issues on a 3.4 pulley.
I believe a 3.2 pulley is when you want to drop to AL103s.

Copper plugs for modding...replace the 6 plugs for a buck a piece...vs. the what...6 or 7 bucks A PLUG for iridiums?
Buy some more AL104's and gap them at .050"...done and done.

Could maybe a bad wire cause it to crack or maybe when installing them it maybe broke and didnt notice til idle was off a bit

Gap to 0.50 or 0.60 cause thats what i was told to gap to?

start at .050 then move up to .060 till it starts missing, then tighten it up a bit.
