so i seen a G6 GXP

so i was coming down Street Rd and i see this G6 GXP coupe and man all i have to say is that is one of the ugliest Pontiac's i have ever seen in my life. that stupid wing on the back of the car is hideous! sucks to see we have one at the top right of the forum . just wanted to throw it out figured most would agree lol

Yeah I still dont understand why a G6 is on the banner of a GP forum? Either way that diving board stuck to the back of that thing is hideous.

looks better as a 4-door, and even that is ugly as sin

Okay, how about just doing it to please me...

post the original banner files, so we know all what actually has to be changed. if i get unlazy, i'll reinstall photoshop and do it myself.

That G6 needs a name change. From GXP Street Edition, to GXP Ricer

Some of them are 3.6l

depends on year. GXP was the trim level though, that spoiler/body kit were part of an optional Street Edition package. Some excluded the spoiler, some were JUST the spoiler. GXP down the street has just the body kit, GXP on campus has just the spoiler.

Had one locally that had the full kit and was bought that way from out dealership. He special ordered it in as the fully optioned Street Edition in black, it was clean but slow and WAYYYYY overpriced. He could have bought a base Corvette for what he paid for the G6, or a well optioned G8 for it. So I just laughed at him, but it was clean.

I do agree tho, we are a Grand Prix forum, the G6 is NOT a GP. If anything the continuation car of our platform is a G8 not a G6.

I have photoshop at home, post a link to the original banner or email it to me and I will have a new one done by the weekend. I have the time and would love to be able to do it.

a lady i work with has one of those and i laugh everytime i look at it lol. It is awful.

The GTO replaced the couple, the G8 replaced the the Sedan. We should have an impala, a caprice, or the new chevy SS if anything. Those would be what one could consider the continuation of our platform since pontiac in general is just gone.

True but I think it should consist of Turbo/Maclaren, a GTX or Daytona, and a GXP to cover the 3 platforms we are well known for handling. I would love to see us grow and I several have G8s and GTOs but I don't think for new people we should cater to the idea that we know alot about that setup and what to do to fix problems with it.

At least as far as the banner goes.
