SHADY People

Well, dude with the TGP is SHADY as **** and a piece of ****. SO I'm not buying his car. He keeps giving me these bull **** excuses and trying to get more money out of me and I'm not going to have it. I caught him in a lie on it and send him a pretty long message telling him I'm through with the bull **** and excuses. He's the one that came to me about the car and now he's the one ****ing with me. So I'm out. Looks like I'm buying something slower. If anyone wants to talk with the kid, his name is Cody Preston on my Facebook. Dude is shady as ****. I woke up to this message this morning...

"Good news and bad. Last night the o-ring blew out where the dipstick runs into the oil pan. shot oil everywhere. Had to have a friend come out and run me to walmart to get enough oil in the car so we could drive it back to home. Good news is, no damage to the pistons or anything and new oil, bad news is, now i owe him more money. So if you can't do $300 I will NOT do it this friday. Im already losing my ass on this deal, which is why I will not take less than that. I will not be able to afford gas, registration, and paying him back after all this bull**** that happened last night. Let me know man." - Cody

Alright cut the bull **** Cody. I'm not ****ing stupid. You're playing me off with all these excuses and bull **** trying to get more money out of me and I'm not going to do it. I'm not stupid, i know you want a BMW, I know other people are offering you other things, i have friends. They talk. So stop with all these bull **** excuses and trying to get more money out of me. I was going to give you the $200 out of courtesy because I know I was getting the better deal. Well now I can see how ****ing shady this is and I'm not gonna have it. You keep coming up with more and more excuses daily. You will not be getting any more cash from me. I shouldn't have agreed to any cash at all. YOU are the one who came to me saying you would trade me. You were the one who came to me with all the idea and now your dickin me around. I saw the conversations on WICGP about trading for a BMW and Mike saying you'd make me cry and it would be funny. This is me not Crying. Find someone else to buy your car. Basically the dude came to me yesterday saying he needed money for registration on the car and gas to get halfway to me or I would have to wait a little while till he got money. So i stepped up and said I will give you $100 with the car, out of common courtesy and help you out. No, he wanted $300. I said no. We agreed on $200. Then I wake up to that message just now. Shady as **** and bull ****. He's the one who offered me the deal in the first place and now is having second thoughts and spewing bull **** from his mouth to get money out of me. So in the end, My car is still for sale and going to start looking at other options. Lets see what happens.

Sucks to hear that at least your car is up to par and not some pos beater so it's not big lost. Keep looking around. If he hates driven it because of the mpg then it's his lost he came to you and offered the deal. Personally if I was him I wouldn't let another $100 break a deal. At least you were kind enough to offer some cash to take care of gas/regis etc that was more then enough.

Sounds to me like he took one last joy ride and rodded the piss out of the car and used that as an excuse. That doesn't just happen. But even if it was just a lie to try and get money and he would "clean it up" I wouldn't want the car from someone like that. How would he even know the pistons are okay after running it out of oil on the road. Just because it's not knocking doesn't mean there isn't damage that will pop up in a month or so. People are so careless these days.

honestly tho, WAY better off knowing this stuff in advance, imagine you traded, and then all kinda of crap started up with the car because he was a shady owner.

that is a decent platform to work with. i'd sy go for it, but i'd hold off for a Camaro or GTO
