I always lol at the mustang hate.

Yeah everyone always gives me crap for wanting a Stang, but you know what its still better than a GP.

Talking to my friend Joey about this car... It's obviously slow but it could be a fun car and definitely cheap. He'll give me the car and 1500 cash for my car. Definitely a good deal IMO. Only issue is the rear bumper needs to be repainted. But my buddy Mitch can repaint the bumper, shave the deck lid and repaint that (i don't want a spoiler) and also add the Cobra front bumper and paint that for $500. So I might go that route. I just love the look and sound of 99-04's. And the modding market is huge on those.

Nice looking Pony. And I always liked the New Edge over the pre New Edge Stangs. Better styling and more power.

It's a Grand Prix fanboy's way of life. These guys hate mustangs even more than Fbody guys do.

The Mustang has an intake and headers and that's it i believe.

Already sold the nitrous out of my car. Also its definitely not a bad deal. GP's are losing value dramatically. You can't sell them for **** modded at all. Buddy of mine just picked up a turbo daytona, cleanest daytona i've ever seen for 5200. Way nicer than my car. So I'm asking 6 for mine and basically getting what i want for it. his car plus 1500 cash, that's not a bad deal by any means. RWD and 5 speed, yes please.

I'd push for 2k and your car.

I said 2k, he came back with 1k, so we settled in the middle for 1500. I'm okay with that.

I see you're a mustang hater. That's okay, there's always haters on certain cars. It's a much better platform than the Grand Prix and the modding market is way larger. I'm fine with my choice. lol I dont really care if i have a fast car right now, I just want something that sounds good (I love the sound of a 4.6) and i can make look good fairly easy.

Don't hate mustangs. Just don't like the 4.6 SOHC's.
Get a proper 4.6 teksid block in there and make some power.

So you're going to start out with visual mods with the extra cash, fair enough. If you have anything left over, I would install some 3.73 or 4.10 rear gears. Probably the best bang for buck you can buy absent nitrious. Most everybody knows these cars are slow without F/I, but don't let the haterz fool you, these cars love boost.
