Gai...what do joo drive?
If Dave feels 60% throttle is 100%, what does he tell his wife.
04 grand prix gt with 92000 miles haven't had it long not sure what scheduled maintenance has been done besides oil and filter and fuel filter
Ok then.
Plugs (iridium or copper stock replacement, just not bosch)
Wires I prefer Autolite etc since they are lifetime replacement
Clean the TB
Clean the MAF
That should do it. Unless your coolant needs to be maintained. Then I'd flush it and refill with anycolor.

Sounds good I was wandering what brands work best with these cars so that's what I needed to know
For the most part, any of the brands will work well. Bosch O2's and spark plugs seem to cause issues, so stay away from them. Otherwise..a quality and or lifetime part is always nice.

Seafoam does wonders too.

HP Tuned, Ported SC/TB, 42# Injectors, Intense 3.5/3.4/3.25, SSAC Headers, AEM Wideband, ZZP 1.9 Modified Rockers, LS6 Springs, Manley Retainers, TransGo Shift Kit, Poly Dogbones, KYB GR2's, GMPP Brake and Suspension Upgrades, Springtech Springs.
92k too early for transmission fluid and filter change? Just a thought..
02 GT - HV3, 3800 Perf. Tuned, Plog, ER rockers, DP w/Magnaflow, CAI, 180* stat, Plugs/Wires, Poly Uppers, Driver mod.....
FWIW any car I own gets the tranny serviced every 75K, and for the first fluid change I don't go past 30k-50k. The fact is you can do a dozen fuild changes for the cost of one tranny replacement.
