Replace 15" tires with 16" tires

Have a 2000 Grand Prix SE with 205/70/15 stock tires. Can I replace them with 245/50/16 rims and tires off another Grand Prix? Trying to find out if they will fit. Want to buy used to save money!!!!

no. the rims are different size.

Yes you can mount 16" wheels &tires on your car as long as the bolt pattern is the same,

^keyword is wheels! can't put 16" tires on a 15" rim!

Yes they will fit obviously the others didnt see you said 16 rims and tires off another Grand Prix.

Thanks for everyone's help. I enjoyed the humor. I should have made the title clearer. I want to replace 15" RIMS and tires with 16" RIMS and tires. Just want to make sure the 245/50/16 would fit on a 2000 grand prix SE.
