no. the rims are different size.
Yes you can mount 16" wheels &tires on your car as long as the bolt pattern is the same,

Thanks for everyone's help. I enjoyed the humor. I should have made the title clearer. I want to replace 15" RIMS and tires with 16" RIMS and tires. Just want to make sure the 245/50/16 would fit on a 2000 grand prix SE.
