Remote start

I have a remote start on my gp, its made by TRC but i dont know the model cuz its worn off the back. heres a screenshot of it i found. its the circled one. But anyways i cant seem to find any info on it and im wondering why the trunk button doesnt work. its a PITA to have to climb in and press the button in the glove compartment every time. Any info would be awesome.

have you taken apart the remote to make sure everything is in order? Mine did that and I had to adjust the button some and it worked. That may or may not be the case for yours though...

I have taken it apart and everything looks good. It lights up when I press the button but idk if it's just not programed for the trunk or what.

I have remote start and security 2 way and it works. Who installed it?

Idk who installed it. I'll ask the guy I got It from. My family and his are really good friends so he should know.
