So are you switching to a L36 block?
Is your L67 broken? I'd stay L67 untill it blew up.
Dont forget you'll need modded fuel rails and upgraded injectors, preferably not 42.5's. And a trans soon after.![]()

the l67 has alot of miles on it.
for got the fuel rails and injestors lol.
and yes trans will be tripple edge performance![]()
and im using the l36 for more compression
Lighter car will help you break into the 12's easier lol just playing sleeper buick ftw.

weaker rods.
weaker pistons.
ya know, durability concerns.
Will it ever become a problem? who knows.
Change the title of your thread.
to?
Project high 12s
alright.
what will the benifits of putting in 3.29 gears in the trans rather then keeping the 2.93?
Faster though first and second, then it'll suck in third.
Also makes traction in first more difficult.
With 2.93's highway pulls are better.
so there really isnt a benifit at the track since its hard to get traction?
you got slicks...youre good
good deal
I've seen one. A guy on clubgp has a turbo'd park ave, it runs 12's all day. Cool build though, but I have to agree with others. If you can, try and stick with an L67/L32 block, you'll thank us all later. There have been way to many people who have gone to an L26/L36 block and have popped pistons from not dialing in the tune properly and due to the weaker internals, they've broke pretty quick.
