Possible new Hyperco Lowering spring kit

I would like the back to be higher, I have eibachs all around, but I have at least 300 lbs of stereo stuff in the trunk, so I get a sag, anyway. Will these kits include struts?

yeah i know, but i'm going for looks. and i thought since he's getting custom springs he could get me some that drop like 2.7 inches front and 2.3 back or something like that

^^ stop being cheap and get coilovers.

coilovers are the plan. but if i could get springs that get as low as i want i would do that and save some money. put that money towards brakes, sd air dam etc.

realistically, best handling is going to be around 1.5" max drop. MAX. the most ideal drop (with higher spring rates that would help handling) would probably be in the 10-15mm range. this in no way would be good for looks because youre still going to have a fair amount of wheel gap.

the reason being here is that you want to make sure that the lower control arm geometry pretty well stays in tact. once you get to a point that they are horizontal or inverted in the wrong direction the car will lose the ability to properly use what god gave it. keeping the geometries all correct, lowering the center of gravity slightly, and stiffening the rates to help fight body roll (sway bars, alignment, and tires have a lot to do with this stuff once you have the right springs/struts). therefore, anything that drops farther than an inch and a half or so is not going to help the car to handle. therefore there should be two sets made. one for people that care about corner carving and another for those of us who'd like to slam the car. both sets would realistically need the struts revalved to work correctly anyway.

Right answer, Bio.......The problem with custom making a single kit is that the expense is crazy, and you would be better with coilovers. I played aroun with it a bit this weekend, tried the Camaro front spring. It sat so low I almost ripped my bumper cover off pullling out of my alley. It did look really sweet, but I am not going to sacrifice the driveability. I ended up with a 11" 250# front spring(not perfectly stock replacement, both ends are ground flat), and it looks good and feels really good, without any excess noise. I ended up having to take the threaded collar off of my rear coilovers, since I was having a rubbing issue. It actually looks good height-wise, but now the rate is a little soft compared to the front. I will try to post a pic later to see if the stance is what we are looking for. I have the stock wheels and tire size right now, so it is a good comparison as far as the wheel gaps. So far I have had no vibration issues at all with the front springs, just will need to adjust the rates for the rears. On a side note, now that I got into the front end a little, I have realized that I have ripped CV boots on both sides. Oh joy.....

This is why I'd be fine if the kit aims for 1.5" on stock struts, it'd turn out to be 0.75 on bilsteins.
