16 hours the only thing I worry about is something happening to the car during the drive there... Maybe if I stop for accouple hours half way through

that was my plan... my worst worry is half way there in some back woods town and break down...

and they're kinda close together. but i am interested. most likely have to pick one or the other.

Meh it will be warm probably around 90. It won't hit triple digits till July.

Just looked at the flyer again... Participation is pricey down south.

where's the detail of the "5 racing categories" do we fall into any of them? Which one is for front wheel drive/engine knocking/no traction cars?

$10 to spectate (Doesn't specify, but assuming this is each day)

It could be a costly weekend for someone who wanted to show both days and get some passes in.

Still better than going up to podunkville and paying 4x as much as you should for a motel closet.

The Buick boys will be at Redline Raceway which is about 45 minutes east of the host hotel in Crandell on Saturday night. It's an 1/8th mile track. I plan on meeting them up later that evening after the show to abuse the **** of my car.

Also please note that the Hot Rod power tour will be coming into Arlington(45 minutes west of Dallas) on Saturday. So I imagine the Buick club meet at Redline and the 1/4 mile racng in Ennis on Sunday should have a fairly decent showing.

Well you know I'm already going. I bet the rest of of the club in Dallas would like to go.

Sweet! A meet only 4 hrs away! Count me in. I gotta see when this Ohio meet is. I plan on heading up to MI this summer so I may have to plan it out so I can hit that one too.
