Police officers giving BS tickets!

So tonight I was driving my girlfriend home and was at the last stop sign before entering her neighborhood and dropping her off. As I came up to the stop sign I made a complete stop and proceeded to look over at my girlfriend and talk to her. After about ten seconds of this I made my turn and sure enough I see flashing lights in my rear view mirror, I pulled over and when the police officer eventually made his way behind my car and got out he asked for my license and proof of insurance and what not and when I gave it to him I asked what I did wrong. He told me I had completely disregarded the stop sign. Now I am 100% sure I stopped at that stop sign and even sat there for a few seconds longer then usual because I was talking to my girlfriend. This is my second bullsh** ticket I have gotten with this car in about 6 months and honestly I am sick of getting them. Plus having to go to court just to try and fight my word against a police officers and then have to pay all the court fee's really sucks. My first ticket was for "following to closely to the car in front of me" and the officer told me I was "one and a half car links behind the car in front of me and I should've been at least two car links behind them". I hate being young driver and having a nicer loud car, but I guess that is what I will need to deal with because I love my grand prix way to much to get rid of it.

I always get pulled over because my "tail lights aren't on"

never got a ticket i didn't deserve. i earned each one.

have gotten out of a lot of tickets i should have gotten.

officer my tails lights are on but they are so tinted you simply cant see them i dont see the problem with that officer

Yeah it gets real annoying, and honestly it is becoming more of a hassle getting pulled over

One time on the way to school I got pulled over in my own neighborhood cause this idiot cop thought I ran through a stop sign. He sat to where a fence blocks the whole view of the damn stop sign, so by the time you start moving you enter his vision... it looked like i went through the stop sign at like 15 mph when really i was starting to get away from it. Hard to explain but I talked out of it as i do with most tickets.

Oh no you can clearly see my taillights on my car from almost 1/4 mile away so idk wtf the issue is.

Fight it. Cops pending on the area are required to have their camera rolling at some point. Trial by jury, thats how I do it. It either gets dropped or I meet the jury ha.

Yea I live in huntley illinois and I am going to fight it, I don't need this going on my record and raising my insurance for no reason

OP you say nice and loud car. I think you found the issue that you were actually pulled over for. Loud. Since you are a younger driver loud, flashy, attention grabbing is something the cops zero in on. A GP is also a car that a newer driver may desire/drive...so therefore you fall into the trap each time.

if he didnt have it on camera he cant prove u didnt stop. just like he cant say u raped someone and charge u with that either. also driving record can have an affect too if ur like me with my record lol then the judge would have no reason not to believe the damn cop

and the cops word weighs more than yours in court.

Unless you get lucky and the cop doesn't show up.

I got a following to close ticket a few weeks ago. ***** pulled out in front of me and damn near stopped. Speed limit was 50mph and she pulled out like 200ft away from me after sitting there for 10sec. No other traffic anywhere. Trying to catch me drunk I suppose.

that like never happens, they get paid to go to court, he there for more then just your ticket, and if he dont show, then it will be rescheduled.

got popped for speeding, the Bronx guys know this one.

i got onto the clearview express way from Francis Lewis blvd headed north to the throgs neck bridge, its a 50 i think, im doing 65, and right at the LIE exit, this cop just drives out and blocks the high way, it was full brakes, and i almost hit him. that really is a lazy ass move on the cops part. its safer to chase the car down for sure.

Cops don't show up here trial goes on without him. Never go to JP Court in DE always move it to Court of Common Pleas.

Madison county il has a no pursuit law. They've caused too many accidents and deaths. Lol.
