hey i was wondering if you counld help bro ... i see you got some sick lights i believe those are aound 260$... well i got some too and i was wonderin how did you do the wireing for the halos themselves?

For the halos I got some splice kits from Advance Autoparts. Quick Splices 18-14 Gauge Blue by Dorman - Part 85464 - Advance Auto Parts
I used those to splice the black and white wires for the Halo's into the same color wires that go the the parking light (Orange bulb nearest the center of the car)
hey man i was thinking about getting those headlights, but I have a question about them. does it look like you'd be able to take them apart and paint the black piece on the inside, and also are those ccfl or led halos?
basically neon/flourecent or a small little lightbulb, smaller than a 168/194 If that helps at all.
well you can easily tell just from the output, the ccfl (cold cathode flourecent light) is WAY brighter than leds.
also a ccfl ring will be consistently and evenly lite through the whole thing, where leds look like they are fade as you get farther from the bulb

so does anybody know of the guy that took these headlights apart. I would really like to know, cause thats the determining factor. because i want to paint them to match the exterior of my car and possibly put ccfl tubes in
Some guy on ClubGP took his apart because they sent him chrome instead of black. So then he painted it. So I guess you can take it apart if you want.
alright, I'll try and shuffle through all of clubgp's bs and see if i can find somethign
Question.....?
would a 55w 6000k hid set in the low beams and a 55w 6000k in the highs be safe?
would there be any problems with melting? also how would I wire them so the lows stay on when I pop on the high beams?
I like seeing...(and blinding jerks that keep their high beams on) I also do a lot of night driving in the country. 3/4 of my driving is at night in the country.
