Looks like its knock sensor related. Which one? Should i just replace it? Knew it had something to do with my 1.9 knock retard whenever i accelerated.

Dunno...what's the name on the code? If you can post it..you can certainly tell us the name of the code at the same time.

rear of the car..the only one you read from....get under there, blindly take the old one out, get drenched in coolant, finger tight the new one in, torque it to the proper specs....put some more coolant in done

Bank 2 should be the rear sensor. Sorry to say.

    Torque is 14 ft lbs

Soooo pull the sensor and let it drain into a bucket. Put it back in.

    Oh rear knock sensor.

    Almost damn near impossible.

Enjoy the cursing that's bound to happen.

Yes, the engine will think there is knock all the time and it could start scaling higher. My friends sensor went bad and he would hit 14° just accelerating slowly.

    Get it done ASAP

Got under the car and turned out to be a cut knock sensor wire. So glad.
