Thumbs down New guy with LOTS of problems

Ok first problem i am having is with the heater. It is my wifes car and she is not getting any heat. Since we have owened the car(2005 3.8l) i have replaced several thermostats. I finally bought a stock 195 deg and installed it. I have tried to burp the system several times. I will get lots of air out and the car will work great for a few days then slowly go from hot to cold out of the vents as the week goes on. Ill try to burp it again and check coolant level and ill get a little more air but not much. I have also back flushed the heater core. Again it helped for a few days but slowly went back. When i touch the inlet and outlet lines on the heater core they are both hot. So i know that the heater core is good. Any ideas on what to do would be great cause its starting to get cold.

Second problem is when she starts the car for the first time that day it will start without any problems. If the car is warm then it will stall or spudder out if you dont push the gas pedal. I changed plugs, wires, cleaned the air filter, and mass air flow sensor. Again any help would be great

For the heating problem you might be looking at a blend door issue. If the heater core lines are hot but you get no hot air.

I did back flush the heater core a few months ago and only helped for a few days. Thinking maybe a coolant flush would help?? But what is the tb? And i keep hearing something about a blender door but not sure what it even is and were its located.
