Need new transmission?

(07 GP) The last week or so i noticed that when i cold start my car and am in a rush to get to work my car bogs out. I have to push the pedal further down than usual for the car to drive. It lags really bad you can tell its struggling because the exhaust gets louder but the car doesnt move any faster till the car starts warming up?? Dont know what it is. It will drive fine and i have to open the throttle up just to get out of first and second gear and once i hit third gear on the highway it drives fine. First and Second and rough. Some times if i pull over and turn the car off and than turn it back on it will drive fine again..

Clean the throttle body recently?

Yea i had to because the housing on my T/S went out and all the coolant starting spraying out and some got into my HAI.
