Need help on removing supercharger nose drive

Hey everyone, I'm new to the site and haven't introduced myself yet but I need some quick help with my car. I have a 2003 Grand Prix GTP that I'm replacing the nose drive on with a rebuilt Magnuson drive. I have all of the supporting mods. Anyways I tried taking the nose off exactly how I seen people do it on youtube, they just removed the alternator and the bolts holding the nose on and started prying and they were able to get it off that way. I tried doing it this way and it is definately not coming off. I can get it gaped a little but thats all. I made sure all the bolts were out so that isn't it. The instructions I have with the new nose drive say to take off the entire supercharger but that's a lot of work and I wanted to wait and do those gaskets when I did my lower intake. My question is do I have to remove the supercharger to get this thing off or what because I really dont want to.

Make sure you have them all including the one that goes straight down into the lim

I have all of them. I guess I'm going to have to take the whole thing off tonight and see whats going on

There are 2 under the snout. Meagre sure you pull straight out.

Alright so here's the deal. My dumbass missed one bolt under the snout, she's good to go now
