Well not quite... It takes quite a bit longer, but if you have 33 minutes, you can take a look at a video that Allen K put together with me doing a step by step lower intake manifold gasket and lifter replacement on Allen's GTP. Granted, we might have skipped some minor points (such as disconnecting the battery and stuff that is fairly obvious), but Allen went through 6+ hours of footage to put this together.

In the future, I plan on doing an even more detailed version like this with a cam swap.
