Lifetime Warranty?

So I live in Minnesota which means we constantly get snow that ices up on the window. When I was scraping my rear window off the arrowhead decal I got from you guys got some scrapes in it and part of it torn. Does this go with the Lifetime warranty you guys offer?

We do not offer a rear window decal on our site. Was this a custom order? Please PM or email me with your Order# and I'll take a look. Scraping the decal off does not fall under a warranty (defect), but we will certainly work with you. Please send me the order number or even your name at your earliest convenience.

I'm sorry, but that is not something we would cover under warranty as it's not a defect of the product.
