just got a new Grand Prix

tonight I bought a 1998 grand prix gtp 2 door with a smaller pulley in a tune and it's lowered in inch I stopped at a gas station on the way home and I heard a rattling coming from under the hood it sounds like it might be coming from the supercharger but when I turn the steering wheel it stops and starts up again when I go back and forth. any help would be appreciated

Bought a modded car did ya, wouldnt have been my first choice.

Hopefully its got the proper supporting mods to have said smaller pulley.

Take the belt off and see if the noise goes away.
