I got a code P2433

A code P2433 came up indicating a high voltage condition on the air pressure signal unit. Probable causes: open circuit condition or failed air pressure sensor, (secondary air injection system pressure sensor). How do I find out what is the cause? Will it affect my emission test in Utah? Is there a way to reset the sensor?

You need the diagnostic or schematic. You did pretty well in listing out what it is etc.. take another search around the universe. I'll see if I can remember to post the info up when I'm near my pc.

Thanks bro...! yeah it runs great and all but i know it will cause problems with emissions test ...its a 2006 Grand Prix , 3.8 gt (not supercharged)

My buddy says to touch the positive to the negative and clear out the computer to see if it comes back..But im afraid it will screw something up ...
