Re: horrible noise I'd take them apart and put them back together. Make sure everythings on right. Maybe the clip that holds the pads in is broken

i'd take it apart and recheck everything, could be a cracked pad or something. either way.

Re: horrible noise yeah open them up, see whats going on in there, thats not healthy sounding at all.
if your getting a pull to one side or another when you hit the brakes and let the wheel go, but it goes straight when you are not on the brakes, you would defiantly have a problem.

Re: horrible noise it could be the axles, you have a cv joint, its like a U joint.
