HELP HID install!!

hooked it all up as per instructions on your website. (http://www.diodedynamics.com/install/hidwiring.jpg) got no light coming from the bulbs. i've tried with key on, running, or car off. no lights at all

Yeah, that picture doesn't look right. You don't plug the red wire into the bulb socket since it needs power?

diagram was right...just polarity was backwards on one connector. been fixed now.
