Hello folks!,

My name is Paul, I just bought my very first car. Just so happens that I took a keen liking to a 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix GT..
So this car has 75,000km on it and has had 1 previous owner. It's black on grey with power everything. I think it looks very sharp and i'm enthralled to sport it around..

I did a bit of research before I bought it and I took a good listen for some engine knock. Seemingly, there was none and the rest of the car seemed to run good, handling, braking etc..

So, being a new face around here i'm curious to know, what do you guys think on my decision?

You said it's your first car, how old are you?

If you had furthered your reserch, the "engine knock" you were looking for is not audiable, it's negative timing called "Knock Retard".

I'm 22 i've actually been driving someone else's car, so technically speaking this is my first.

I'm just a little skeptical. I'm hoping the previous owner wasn't an ass and ran regular through it on occasion haha
