    Default GPO Grills (Pics Installed)

Well all, I found a company to make the GPO's for us. They make the SPO grills for GTO's. Factory fit perfect. here is the pic of what they make.

I sent them pics of the GPO's on Grand prix and here is the email I just got like 10 mins ago.

Yeah, I'm sure we could make those. The cost might be a little higher than it used to be, but we'd be able to make a production run of 30 sets or so pretty easily. If someone sent me a set, I'd be able to make molds off them and then make the new parts off those molds. A set that's already been fitted to a car and painted would be best. The fitment on the bumper would have to be really, really good to make sure that every other part fit really well.

The only problem I have is I dont have a set to send them, That would be the only thing stopping them from being made.

I need a set already painted and installed on a car for them to mold. Understand, this would be helping the whole GP community with something they want but are having a hard time getting. Have a heart. I will pay shipping to you if this is the case. Maybe someone out there has them on their summer or spring car they are not driving right now. PM me if you can help.

EDIT: Just for the record, I will not touch the set at all, they would be shipped insured and conformation to the manufacturer that intends to make them. If they are damaged, I would compensate. I would just like to help everyone out.

While this is a good idea...they would be making molds of a product that didn't fit right in the first place. Which is why they aren't made anymore. If they copy current ones, they will all fit as crappy as the old ones...new measurments are needed. No the reproduction of a ****ty product

So you need a modified version of the originals....make that clear when your lookin for a donor...or there gonna end up with 30 sets of the same crap that everyone hated in the first place. Now they just need to make ones for 04+

The only way to keep this going is to promote them and give the guy business. Anyone mention this on clubgp for a wider response?
