Parts/Tools Required

You may want to go to the parts store just in case and buy the following.

1" 1/4 X 20 black bolts (X4)
Washers for the above bolts (X4)

Steps

Sorry guys and gals. Started running short on time and forgot to take pics, but here is the instructions and a few pics.

Step 1. ENGINE NEEDS TO BE COOL. Remove the fuel supply and return lines using a special fuel line disconnect tool (the lines are click into place, so don't pull to hard, or you will damage the retainer's).

Step 2. Remove the electrical connector from each injectors (push in on the little metal bar and then pull the connector free).

Step 3. Remove the altenator brace that connects to the supercharger.

Step 4. Remove the vaccum module that is connected to the boost bypass.

Step 5. Remove the bolt on the top of the supercharger that holds the stock fuel rail.

Step 6. Remove the 4 bolts (one on each corner of the fuel rail) that secure the fuel rail to the intake manifold.

Step 7. Gently pull up on one corner of the fuel rail and move you way down the rail until all the injectors are removed from the intake manifold.

Step 8. Remove the Fuel Pressure Regulator from the old fuel rail and install on the new fuel rail. (This is held in by a C clip)

Step 9. Remove the 6 clips that lock the injector to the fuel rail.

Step 10. Move the injectors to the new fuel rail. ( When I did mine, I made sure I kept the injector for #1 cylinder in the same location when moving to the new fuel rail)(I also used a little motor oil on the O-ring to help them slide in). Be sure to lock in place with the retianing clips.

Step 11. Unscrew the valve cover bolt on each side of the center injector.

Step 12. While lining up the injectors with the intake manifold, also line up the 2 fuel brackets with the 2 valve cover bolts previously loosened. Now press gently on the top of the fuel rail above each injector to make sure they are seated.

Step 13. Now is where you may need to use the bolts. Because of the thickness of the rail brackets, there will only be about 3 threads that will hold the brackets to the valve cover. If you tighten them to tight, you will rip the threads out. If you don't tighten them enough the valve cover may leak. If you strip them out, just use the rubber grommet from the old bolt. Place a washer on the new bolt, then the rubber grommet. Install the bolt.

Step 14. Connect the braided line from the front left side of the fuel rail to the return line (smaller of the two) and then connect the larger of supply line to the back left side of the fuel rail. Secure the supply and return lines with the original locking clips. NOTE: Be very careful with the stock fuel lines. They are hard plastic and will bend and crimp very easy.

Step 15. Now connect the rear right side of the fuel rail to the 90* elbo and run it over the throttle body and connect it to the front right side of the front fuel rail.

Step 16. You will need to modify the bracket on the back side of the supercharger to fit over the fuel rail. Cut a notch out of the drivers side bracket so that it fits around the fuel line, and add 2 nuts and a longer bolt to lift the bracket above the fuel rail as shown in the pic to the right.

Step 17. Now its time to check for leaks. Without turning the car on, put the key to the on position for 5 sec, then back off. Do this about 10 times. This will fill up the fuel rails with fuel. Now try to start and look for leaks.
