sounds like you need a new blower motor.

remove the cloth kick panel under the passenger side dash the blower motor can be seen once you do this remove screws and replace

Well, if you take it out and look at it and it wobbles or has rubb marks on it you'll know for sure. Not a hard or too expensive thing to replace.

Please let me know what you find.

Sounds to me you have a blend door actuator going bad. Can you change the temp from cold to hot? I replace those actuators all the time on Crown Vics, I work on cabs.

A relay was making a clicking noise when my ignition switch was going bad. However, I also lost 1-4 on my A/C until I replaced it.

i hear a clicking sound sometimes, a/c doesnt have to be on..it also makes a slight grinding noise type thing...like the fuel pump whine, but on, off on off...but its not that, just strange sounds under the dash...my dic/radio lights are out so i guess i have to chase a fuse...lol

popeyenate... if all fuses are fine... it sounds like you may be a victim of a bad ignition switch as well. I lost lights to my DIC when it was acting up.

you know what, i probably am...im having issues with my btsm and key coming out when in park. slamming the key into the cylinder used to work...shifting out and in of park used to work too...so maybe i created my own fate there years ago when key started sticking..but then it stopped for a couple years, then it started again few months before i left for depolyment. last time i had too much weight on teh keys, so i got keychain where you can detatch keys..that worked for 2 yrs..now what? lol...replace it i guess. so yes, i will check fuses, been too busy with duty and a day and half off to check it..on leave for 8 days now!!
