Are all electronics available to power the engine and trans? What kind of mileage is on the engine? Is the rear end available?

no electronics, alot of the wiring is there though....no rear end either, just the motor and trans....I was told it had 50,000miles but im not sure....my wife is nagging me to get it gone, she wants her spot in the garage back...so i'm willing to let it go cheap....
