My best friend has the exact same car as me and he is having the same problems also. Neither or us or anyone I know have no clue about HUD systems and was wondering if anyone knows how to fix this problem. |

| GT Level Member  | Re: HUD Problems Known problem. The light load sensor on the main HUD circuit board has a bad solder joint, or has failed. The circuit board is covered in a conformal coating, so you'll need to clean all that off before hitting it with the iron. Image below shows the sensor, labeled "D9". |
