Default HELP! Bypass alarm!

Alright, so I was installing the alt rewire and voltage booster today... and now my car's factory alarm goes off and the car wont start.

I left my remote in whitewater - is there any way to bypass the alarm!?

This is now what I've tried so far:

-disconnect battery terminals and let sit for 10 minutes... it immediatley started flashing when reconnecting battery.

-used key to lock, then unlock door (tried multiple combos).... still started flashing

any other ideas?
