| I have a'04 CompG and I want to get new exhaust. I want to have a deeper more agressive sound, but I don't want to get blown out inside the car. So I would like to hear from you all which would be the best for the CompG's. As far as price, quality, and sound. I am trying to get something decent, but not break the bank at the same time. The Corsa sounds nice, but $1129.00 is a lot of dough. And all I have is what is listed in my signature below. Thanks in advance.

| Just replace the mufflers. Don't do a cat back. Borlas aound good. Haven't heard anything good about the flowmasters. With just swapping out the mufflers, you would be able to gat a dp and not spend as much as the cat back. You could do the dp with cat or if you can get away without one, dp without the cat. I've seen a couple people on here with magnaflow mufflers but haven't heard them yet. Seen alot that love the way Borlas sound. That's what I have so far and I'm sure someone can enlighten on this subject a little more. |

| i have heard nothing but good about borla mufflers, the way they sound. and you can get the mufflers for 160 for both on ebay. with the extra money you save you could get headers to help out with performance then.

| Ok, well I ended up getting the Corsa exhaust system. And I must say it sounds wonderful, we installed it Friday night. She has a nice growl to her now. The tips that came with the exhaust were too big for my taste so I stuck with my SPO tips. Let me know what you guys think. Here are a couple of pic, and a sound clip. | If you get some thing that is louder than stock and truly sounds good (I've never heard a 6cyl sound good) you need to post a sound clip.
