a cat back wont help with power but it will help with sound. if you wanna change the sound just change the mufflers. if you want more power go for headers or a downpipe.

not many people have gone with this exhaust... but for sound i love the GMPP catback, i plan on getting it. or ZZP makes a really nice 3 inch thats more expensive. just make sure you get it with the resonator. our cars with no resonators= disgusting rasp

Dude, if ya got the money...get headers with a 3" catless downpipe and get a tune and don't worry about the catback...getting headers/going catless will do more than enough for sound AND mucho power.

Tell me. Dropped some change on a Custom 3" Exhaust system from the DP back...got tid of everything, U-Bend, Cat, Res...the whole bit...boy was that thing loud and annoying...I changed my exhaust when I did a flyby to a Honda Prelude who was ricing around and when we got to the light he told me my car sounded like crap. Not anymore Johnson LOL

yea of course get headers first... thats what i did, even though a catback does nothing for performance... i just want a good sound as well, so im willing to spend some on that when i finish getting the car to where i want it
