Guys you don't just buy these things new. You can buy them from a scrapyard or do like I did buy the whole car.

A hud can be bought online new but that is all I'm aware of. I don't think that your going to find "professionals" who are going to undertake this stuff, I know I'm going to be on my own with the exception of some help on here.

You can pull a pin from your analog DIC header and insert it into the instrument cluster header in the appropriate position. Below is the wiring diagram for all the years. Note the 97 changes on the right hand side.
I think I have a 97 (since the digital has a tire pressure light above the low trac light). What specifically do I have to do to make it work? Where am I suppose to put a new wire into what instrament header, why? Anybody know specifics? I'll give it a try and let you all know how it goes. maybe this explains the flashing zeros.

The extra wire to the instrument cluster is to tap into the fuel feed. The 97 cars did not include the fuel information on the data bus, only at the cluster. Lack of this information will cause the DIC to flash zeros. The diagram shows where to tap the cluster. Take an unused pin out of your OLD DIC connector. You can use this pin to insert it into the cluster header, and tie it into an extension wire over to your new digital DIC.

No 07-03 GPs have tire pressure sensors. The ABS computer checks the relationship of all the tires rotational speeds to each other and if one or more do not compare, it illuminates the check tires lamp. I think this is a 97 only feature. My 97 had this, my 00 does not.

Thank you for confirming that. What diagram shows where to tap into the cluster for the fuel feed? Or which wire/color/number/empty slot from the cluster do I need to put into which slot in the digital plug?

Now if I get that done, there is only one more question I have and hopefully the thing works. I have one wire left over from my old analog. It is the grey wire for the change oil soon light. Do I not need to connect this wire? Thank you guys.

If you can see it, it's over here: ClubGP: Photo Album

Connector C1, position F. I'll get you a connector color as soon as I can. Can't remember off the top of my head.
