blower motor

This is a discussion on blower motor within the Tech Lounge forums, part of the W Body Tech category; I'l have to do that...well when it warms up at least..it was like 10 degrees out when i did this ...

I'l have to do that...well when it warms up at least..it was like 10 degrees out when i did this and my garage isn't heated and it's just gotten colder

Yeah, I know what you mean. I am trying to work on my car in my unheated garage with one small heater. It has been running all day and only up to 40 in the garage.

But also a good idea because you have to bend the plastic cowl a little and if it is cold, it could snap pretty easily.

Be glad you have a garage! I dont. I had to replace a wiper a few days ago. Now the window is broke. I can't win! Feel sorry for me at any time now

yeah do a writeup cuz im in the middle of trying to figure out my freakin fans right now. i bought a resister and cant figure out where it goes, bought a control module and it didnt fix the problem and i got a blower motor coming tomorrow

Hi all just wanted to let ya know that I had to do this to my 2000 GT. it was hard getting the bolts out, but i got them, putting the blower resister modual in was a lot easyer. total cost was $175. and a lot of sweat.
p.s. took front passenger seat out to help with removal too.
