Default Big 3 electric upgrades?

I've heard of the "Big 3" electrical upgrades but couldn't find anything about what alll three are. I know the alternator rewire is one of them, and I've done that. I believe one is the ground as well. When removing the carpet from my GP, I found where it grounds on the passenger side of the front seat. What are they all?

Alternator->battery positive
engine ground->chassis
battery ground->chassis

I know where the battery ground is, so that's not hard. But what part of the engine should I ground to the chassis? Anywhere special?

You can go from the alternator mounting bolt to the strut tower nut for that.

The OEM wire runs from the battery, down along the front of the car, along the front part of the sub frame, over to a bolt on the bell housing of the tranny.
