None other than if you had an IC it would prevent your core fins from getting blocked. I have a plate for my EGR so in a matter of minutes I can block it right at the valve itself. When I was IC'd mine was blocked off. After going back to non-intercooling, I've swapped it in and out a few times looking for any benefit one way or another. I couldn't find any, to tell the truth.

The one thing I've noticed is that the s/c inlet gets a little deposit on it, However would it not be better to go into the intake and be burnt versus, potentially clogging the cat? I can't accurately guess as to the answer, but my feeling is yes.

You live near me you'll want that on your car.

I have found that my car is easier to tune, and gives a much tighter tune. Thus making my car run a bit smoother. And the tighter tune increased my mileage about 1 mpg.

EGR delete is best suited for IC cars. And a tuner is a must to retune the car correctly after it is removed, IMO anyway.

Cleaner intake runners overall, I think its worth removing IMO. If anything, DEFINATLY remove it if your ICed. It costs hardly nothing to pull off...

I assume he lives in STL and as a result will likely find it helpful to at least make it look like it's functional.

As far as intake runners, wouldn't the little amount of coating from the EGR smooth the rough texture and be the equivalent of low budget polishing?

Seriously though, I would rather have less clean intake runners than a clogged cat.

It's only a thought in print. When I took my blower apart last week I noticed the slight oily film around the EGR port. It occured to me that if I still had my EGR blocked where would that stuff go?

yea i am from St. Louis i'm not sure if i am going to go with a EGR delete especially since i just got robbed for some money today the problem that everyone told me was my CPS ened up being my Fuel Pump, I was wondering why i was getting 17mpg on the highway, talk about a gas hog so that sucked about $900 bucks outta my bank to have my trusted shop do it for me because i didn't have the time to do it. Does $900 sound like a rip for a Fuel Pump + Relay replacement ?
